On Wednesday, August 17th, FCCPTA Vice President of Advocacy, Robert, Rigby made the trip to Richmond to give public comment to the Virginia Department of Education.
Mr Rigby focuses his comments on mental health and the staffing ratios set by the VDOE for in school clinical staff.
