SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

FCCPTA is offering $500 scholarships in four categories:

​

Academic: Students enrolled in a four-year, State-approved academic degree program.

​

Technical: Students enrolled in a two or three year approved technical, vocational, or associate degree program.

​

Fine Arts: Students enrolled in school of arts, college of design or institute of the arts degree program.

​

Special Education: Special education students (Identified with a current Individual Education Plan-IEP) entering approved technical, vocational, associate degree or a four-year academic program.

Applicant Eligibility
Student must be a PTSA Member and meet the following eligibility:
• Graduate from a Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) high school that has an active PTSA in good standing with Virginia PTA and FCCPTA as of December 1, 2023;

• Be eligible for one of the four categories and be accepted for fall admission to higher education program (only one category per student);

• Complete online application to include student statement.
