FCCPTA 2007-08 Reflections Program "I can make a difference by.." Reflections is a program of the National PTA; its purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works. Each year, a new theme is selected and students are encouraged to interpret the theme using visual arts, photography, literature, musical composition, dance choreography, or film/video production. The 2007-2008 Reflections Program Theme is: "I can make a difference by..." The FCCPTA Deadline for submission of entries is: Friday, November 16, 2007. The Reflections program began in 1969. This program is open to children in grades preschool through 12th. PTA recognizes that the arts are an important part of every child’s education. Reflections Program is a fun project that can involve students, parents, teachers, and the community. Through participation in Reflections, millions of students across the nation and in American schools overseas have explored their artistic talents. Please use the resources below to participate for 2007-2008. Look for additional resources and information to be released during the coming months!
