This form is to be used to submit new or changed mailing address information,  to submit new or changed email address information and to request electronic delivery of information.

Fairfax County Council of PTA Dues Form

The deadline for dues is Dec. 1 with follow-up dues (for new members) due on March 1.

Please pay dues on each individual who belongs to your PTA/PTSA. Include as individuals each person who has paid dues, including teachers, students, and each person in a “family” membership. 

Fairfax County Council Scholarship Donation Form

The Fairfax County Council of PTAs Scholarship fund targets graduates of Fairfax County Public Schools who choose to further their educations in professional technical programs. County Council scholarships are entirely funded by donations from member PTAs. If every PTA would donate $50.00, we would raise over $9,000 for the Scholarship Fund. We are asking for whatever help your PTA can give for a worthwhile endeavor.

Fairfax County Council Participation Form

The Fairfax County Council appoints representatives to serve on various committees. We will be creating task forces to cover specific topics as the need arises.  To help us fill these positions, we would like to add your name with your interests.
