TO SUBMIT "NEW" or "CHANGED" MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION: The officers of the PTAs of Fairfax County schools as well as other individuals may use this form to submit their mailing address information to the Fairfax County Council of PTAs. The mailing address submitted will be used to mail the FCCPTA's monthly newsletter and other informational documents to you unless you answer "Yes" below to "Send newsletter Via Email" and provide your email address. 2.
