School Board Holds November 13 Work Session on Proposed 2018-2019 School Calendar

The Fairfax County School Board holds work session on November to discuss proposed options for the 2018-2019 school calendar. County residents can attend School Board work sessions; however, they are not allowed to speak. If you missed the work session, you can view it on the Fairfax County Public Schools YouTube Channel.

The School Board is scheduled to place the proposed school calendar options on its regular meeting agenda scheduled for Thursday, December 7. It is scheduled to take final action on the proposed calendar on Thursday, December 14.

County residents are able to speak during the December 7 and December regular meetings of the School Board to discuss how the proposed calendar options will affect their students and families.
